FAQ’s

$99/mo?! I get so much more from my gym.

You’re not wrong. Many of our members supplement their AOG training with their
gym. But here’s what we also know to be true: Yes, you can still work out at your
gym. But you know you’ll also have to fight against…
staring at yourself in the mirror,
getting distracted by everyone else,
comparing yourself to others,
and feeling either superior or inferior.

Plus, not only are we renting the space from Redline Athletics, we’re also using
the capital to put a wellness center in the space, which will include saunas, cold
plunges, and more.

Why only 3 days/week and only at 5am?

We plan to move to five days per week. As for 5am, it’s intentionally meant to be
inconvenient. “Hard choices, easy life. Easy choices, hard life.” – Jerzy Gregorek

How fit do I have to be?

This is for people who want a more wholistic training environment. We have
ages ranging from 13-78 – of all different fitness levels. Some have limited
mobility and capacities. For the workouts, do what you can do. Can’t run? Walk.
Back pain? There are options and modifications to allow you to still participate.

Why is it only for men?

Plans for women’s training times are in the works. At this time, we will not be
doing co-ed training.

Can I try it out before committing?

Of course! Just show up to a session. Give us a heads up so we can be
expecting you! Send an email to aog.scottsdale@gmail.com.

How does the membership work?

Simply.

  • No annual fees.
  • Memberships are billed monthly on the date you join.
  • Dues are paid to the Arena of Greatness.
    We simply use Redline’s platform for convenience.
  • Need to cancel? No 30-day notice required. 
  • Need to freeze it? Sure.

Can I upgrade my membership?

For example, if I start at one month, can I upgrade to 12 months? Yes. Or to 3 months? Yes. Where my initial payment gets applied to the next tier subscription? Yes. Is there a time limit before that’s not an option? Yes (after halfway through, the upgrade option closes).

What if I don’t live close?

The truth is, we prioritize what matters. We have guys driving in from Fountain Hills, Peoria, Chandler, etc. If convenience is your top priority, that alone may be an indicator of other areas of your life.
